When reaching out for a replacement, our first request to the customer is to send a picture of the name tag. 90% of the time this will get us all the information that we need. We may have some follow up questions such as is it for Domestic water or what the materials of construction are, but we typically know what you need off the model number. 

In the chance that the tag is missing or it is a unique unit, we have some tube bundle blank drawings that can be filled out. Or you can always take some pictures with your tape measuring the unit as well.
